These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OnlySalvage. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or list a vehicle on OnlySalvage.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
When you list a vehicle, you agree that the information you provide -- including the VIN, title status (clean, rebuilt, or salvage), mileage, condition, and photos -- is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You're responsible for the content of your listings and must have the legal right to sell the vehicle.
OnlySalvage connects buyers and sellers -- we are not a party to any transaction between them, and we don't inspect, certify, or guarantee any vehicle listed on the site. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect a vehicle in person (or arrange a professional inspection) and review its title and history before completing a purchase.
OnlySalvage does not manufacture, own, inspect, or take possession of any vehicle listed on the platform. We make no representations or warranties -- express or implied -- regarding the quality, condition, safety, mechanical fitness, or roadworthiness of any vehicle listed for sale. Every vehicle is sold "as is" directly by the individual seller, and OnlySalvage bears no responsibility or liability for a vehicle's condition or for any defects discovered before or after a sale.
Reviews must reflect a genuine transaction or interaction. Reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or left to manipulate a seller's rating may be removed.
You agree not to: list a vehicle you don't have the right to sell, misrepresent a vehicle's condition or title status, harass other users, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Listing a vehicle on OnlySalvage is currently free. If we introduce paid features in the future, we'll clearly disclose any fees before you're charged.
OnlySalvage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlySalvage is not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a transaction between a buyer and a seller.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a risk to other users. If our platform maintenance team notices activity on your account that appears suspicious, we may disable it while we investigate, and we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you by email when we do. If you don't respond or resolve the issue within 30 days, we may permanently delete the account and its associated data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OnlySalvage after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
